•   On your top task bar, click "view" drop down the list to "refresh" (or "reload" depending on your browser) and click.  Proceed to reselect the file from the website for printing; if this fails

I can not print a download file

•   Select the file that you require and email it to your default email for printing.

I am having problems accessing the site

I can not find a tender I found previously

•   It is possible that the file has been moved or renamed.  Please go back to either the Live Tenders or the Word Search page and try to find it there.  If that fails then please call 07973 156 897 (8am to 8pm workdays).
