Fastracktenders offers 3 primary services to its customers with charges and payment varying accordingly:

We do not require that you enter into any form of contract with us to use the services.

Your use of the services we offer is on a "PAY AS YOU GO" basis. No obligation to any other cost structure, No monthly service charges will be required.

Fastracktenders charges for this service are based solely upon how many pages or media files of documentation need to be scanned and uploaded and vary according to the size of each page as follows:

Preferential rates are available upon request and subject to a minimum transaction level per month, these must be negotiated and agreed with your appointed account manager.

*file extractions requiring Fastracktenders to extract trade packages from existing media files is charged at an extra over cost of £5.00. per file. We can only extract portable document file media.

Disclaimer: Fastracktenders.ltd its managers, owners and operators cannot be held responsible for the failure of third party media to open, extract or otherwise operate as part of the customer tender process. We will however where feasible attempt to remedy the file failure by printing the file to scan and upload for which the charges in table 1 above will apply. Drawings in third party media file are created at source and cannot be modified by fastracktenders. Drawings in third party media may have been saved to file in a size irrational to the size drawn and therefore may not appear to scale when printed or viewed through this website.

Tender to Construction phase to End of Defects liability

The charges for this package are an incremental charge on Fastracktenders.com Standard Tender Upload charges and depending on how long it is required for the material to be held online as follows:

To display a project video on your webpage will cost £25.00. We must receive your video in Flash format on DVD. Your video must not be more than 500 seconds in length and ALL audio content must be excluded.

If you require us to convert an existing Mpeg file into a Flash file for availability on this website the following charges will apply.

We can "copy and paste" the content of electronic tender media enquiries to you directly into your specific customer page on this website. There is a minimum set up charge for each page of £25.00. and a charge of £0.75p. for each file transferred. This eliminates any form of photo copy and scan costs in its entirety.

Please note that as we cannot guarantee the source of the PDF files, we cannot accept responsibility for failure by your supply chain recipient to open a PDF file available on this site in this particular form.

Cradle to Grave Upload

For this service Fastracktenders.com will raise a one-off incremental charge on the Enhanced Tender Upload package of just £75.00 to archive the project material.
